Individual sessions are $200 for a 55-minute session. Family sessions are $220 for a 55-minute session.

It’s our policy that you are required to keep a credit card on file in a HIPPA-compliant system. The card will be charged automatically on the evening of your session. I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover), debit cards, health saving accounts (HSA), and flexible spending accounts (FSA).

I am considered as an out-of-network provider and I do not take the insurance payment. You may be eligible to submit the claims to your insurance company to get partial or full reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage. Before you decide to use your insurance, I highly recommend you contact the insurance company about your coverage. Here are some questions you can refer to.

▸ Do I have the out-of-network (OON) benefit? If yes,

▹ What is my benefit?

▹ Do I have a deductible? If yes, how much of my deductible has been met this year?

▹ Do I have any copay or coinsurance?

▸ Does my OON benefit cover outpatient mental health/behavioral health? If yes,

▹ Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year (or school year if you get insurance benefits from school)?

▹ Does my plan cover telehealth sessions?

▸ Do I need a referral to see an out-of-network mental health therapist?

▸ How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

You will be charged at the end of the service day. The medical receipts will be available (a.k.a “superbills”) at the end of the month or the beginning of the following month. You can attach the superbills to the claim to the insurance company for reimbursement.

The reimbursement procedures and processing speed may vary depending on the insurance company. You have the option to apply for reimbursement independently, which is a viable choice. Alternatively, you can utilize a third-party service, such as Reimbursify, which can aid you in submitting claims, tracking payments, and more within one app with a small fee. I will assist you by providing the necessary provider information.
